UNIT III: Properties of Matter

MATTER UNIT GOALS: 
Know the difference between Qualitative and Quantitative Observations;
Be able to describe terms like model, theory, hypothesis, law.
Be able to describe different states of matter using KMT.
Be able to classify matter as different forms of pure substances and mixtures according to their composition.
Know the different methods of separating mixtures. 
Be able to describe the energy of a substance throughout it's heating curve.
